Refund Policy

At Online Media Partners, operating GlobalScientificJournal.com, we strive to maintain transparency and integrity in our operations. Due to the nature of our digital publishing services, all payments made are considered final and non-refundable once the manuscript review process has commenced.

However, refunds may be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Duplicate Payment: If a user is mistakenly charged more than once for the same service, the extra payment(s) will be refunded upon verification.
• Technical Errors: In cases of transaction failures or technical errors during payment processing that result in unsuccessful service delivery, refunds may be initiated.
• Service Non-Delivery: If, due to unforeseen reasons, we are unable to deliver the agreed publication service and the manuscript has not yet entered the editorial or peer review process.

To request a refund under these circumstances, users must contact our support team via email at support@globalscientificjournal.com within 7 days of the original payment. Requests made after this window may not be eligible for consideration.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days and issued to the original payment method. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Online Media Partners after evaluating the request.

Non-Refundable Scenarios

• Once a manuscript has entered the editorial or peer review process.
• If the manuscript has already been accepted, formatted, or published.
• If the user fails to respond to editorial or reviewer communications within the stipulated time.
• If a manuscript is withdrawn by the author after submission.
• In cases of rejection due to plagiarism or ethical concerns.

Cancellation Policy

For users subscribed to ongoing services (e.g., memberships or journal access), cancellations can be made at any time prior to the next billing cycle.

To avoid being charged for the next cycle, users must cancel their subscription at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date either through their account settings or by contacting support at support@globalscientificjournal.com.

Once a payment is processed for a renewal period, it will be considered final and will not be eligible for a refund.
