FACTORS INFLUENCING THE USE OF NATURAL DYES: A CASE OF THREE SELECTED SECONDARY SCHOOLS IN SOLWEZI DISTRICT OF NORTH-WESTERN PROVINCE [PDF] CHILEMU REEN, PROF. KANYATI MALVEN, MWANZA LAWRENCE K.
Many of us have our favorite colors and often prefer wearing clothes of that particular color. Though the colors that we are fascinated with over a long period of time are in one way or another connected to our personality type, our strengths and weaknesses, as well as our potential in life. But wearing your selective styles of garments in synthetic dyes and natural color dyes is a different experience altogether.
Color performance on textiles is affected by many factors. Pad dyeing of different cotton fabrics with vat dyes was carried out, and principal component analysis was used to analyze the comprehensive properties of fabrics. According to the factor weight, the main factors affecting the dyeing effect were obtained, and a mathematical regression model between the comprehensive values of fabric properties and the dyeing effect was established. The results showed that with the increase of dye concentration, the apparent shade depth of the fabric increased correspondingly.
The purpose of this study was to determine or investigate the factors influencing the use of natural dyes in three selected secondary schools of Solwezi district. The main objective in this study was to investigate the factors influencing the use of natural dyes in selected secondary schools of Solwezi district. The study was confined within three (3) random sampled secondary schools in Solwezi district of North-Western province, in which a total of 60 teachers and learners were selected at random.

SWOT analysis and fraud risks of the financial practice of public health organizations: case of the General Reference Hospital of N'djili in 2021. [PDF] TABIBI Beaudras ; NKWAHATA Richard ; NSUNGU Emery ; LUSALA André
The practices and procedures that govern an organization's finance function are, for the most part, defined in each organization's procedures manual or in a country's public finance law. These practices and procedures can, at any time, be audited or evaluated, in order to assess the level of compliance with established standards and to verify conformity with the changing environment. It is within the constructivist paradigm of social science that this study finds its object to critically analyze compliance with financial risk management practices and procedures in a public health institution, using the methods of strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) analysis and the documentary method.
During the year 2021, the N'djili RGH realized revenues of 1,375,065,095 CFA francs (or 696,727.86 CFA francs at a rate of $1 = 1973.60). These funds financed the hospital's expenses for the year 2021, i.e., a total of 1,375,102,590 FC (i.e., 696,746.86 USD). The collection rate, which shows the situation of revenue mobilization that finances expenditures, is 99% due to the negative gap of about 37,000 FC for the benefit of expenditures. The reference for the collection rate is 1 (100%). The 99% rate shows that the revenues of the N'djili RGH do not fully finance expenditures. The N'djili RGH in 2021 worked in deficit. The management of public finances within this organization presents weaknesses and threats that are very sensitive to the proper functioning of the services and have an impact on the care of patients. The threats of embezzlement, evasion of funds, falsification, and loss of accounting documents. The analysis of financial risks showed that the public finances of the RGH of N'djili are exposed to a high risk of fraud (66%). Key words: Analysis, SWOT, Financial practice, Fraud risk.

Enhancing students` interest in engineering education by teaching Leybold-based projects [PDF] Orazov Islam, Bayramova Nurjemal
Laboratory practice plays an essential role in engineering and technology education. However, with diminishing resources, teaching and learning of engineering courses become harder and it is progressively becoming difficult to teach basic engineering courses effectively. Moreover, studying only theoretical part is not enough for understanding. As a result, students cannot fully comprehend the topic. To overcome these challenges, a Leybold based teaching approach has been developed to enhance students’ learning outcomes. In this work, we work with Digital Technology 1 board by Leybold company for conducting laboratory assignments. It was designed for training in various fields of electrical engineering and electronics in order to learn a fundamental concept of digital technologies. The proposed laboratory assignments prepared in easy to hard order and they aim at learning the working principles of logic gates, half adder and full adder. In doing so, both enhancement of students’ interest and pedagogical aspects of Leybold based teaching were taken into account.

INTERNAL AUDIT - IMPLEMENTATION, NEED AND BENEFITS IN REPUBLIC
OF NORTH MACEDONIA [PDF] Rametulla Ferati & Nedime Sallai & Lindita Muaremi and Hasim Deari
The initial beginnings of the development of internal auditing date back to Babylon, where
the operations of those who handled money and monetary values were overseen. The
existence of a boarding audit at that time is evidenced by the evidence that tax revenues were recorded by two persons: one person was an executor, and the other was a recorder and controller of the collected - collected taxes. During the XVI, XVII and the first decades of the XVIII century the internal audit developed, although at a slower pace in other countries in the world such as: USA, Germany, Spain, Austria, Canada, France and others.
Given that there are different theoretical views on the term internal audit, here is emphasized
the fact that the development of the economy, the change of the company organizational
structure (segmentation of business and profit centers), the increase in the number of owners of capital (the emergence of share capital), as well as the development of management with all its responsibility for the operation of business entities, etc. conditioned the appearance of the audit in the business entities themselves - i.e. the internal one audit.
The existence of the internal audit is regulated by the Law on Trade Companies in the
Republic of Macedonia and by certain statutory and other provisions adopted in the company itself. This means that the internal audit is a result of the need of business entities for more efficient control and more efficient operation and has legal basis for large joint stock companies - entities listed on the stock exchange, entities with special reporting obligations, financial institutions (banking and insurance) and the public sector (state institutions and enterprises in which the state is the dominant owner).

Evaluating the effects of Biochar and decomposed Poultry Manure on Soil chemical properties, Growth and Yield of Amaranthus (Amaranthus cuentus) in Ebonyi State [PDF] 1 Azu,, D.E.O., 2Ijearu, S.I., 3Nwanne, A.J and 4Nwanja, O.U.
A Greenhouse trial was conducted in Research farm of Akanu Ibiam Federal Polytechnic to investigate the effects of composted poultry manure and biochar on soil chemical properties, growth and yield of Amaranthus. Treatments consisted of three rates (0, 1 and 2 tonha-1) composted poultry manure (PM) and three rates (0, 1 and 2tonha-1) biochar (BC). The experiment was laid out in a Complete Randomized Design in a factorial pattern with three replications. Results showed that both the mineralized poultry manure and biochar at all rates, relative to control significantly improved the soil nutrient properties studied. Similarly, significant increase (P< 0.05) on growth and yield parameters of amaranthus were observed. Treatment combination of 2tonha-1 PM and 2tonha-1 BC gave the most appreciable increase in both soil nutrient parameters and plant yield and it is therefore recommended for optimum and sustained Amaranthus production in the study area.
